Thinking About Your Partnership Model


Now that you have a good working understanding of the two training models you're dealing with and how they intersect, you can move on to figuring out how to identify and solve problems that may exist in trying to partner with Registered Apprenticeship. 

Using the visual map that you’ve created of the two systems with their commonalities, mark (using the Text Tool) any known Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats between making the connections between the systems.

After you've identified the areas of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat on your model, go back and look at the areas of opportunity you have identified.  Make a list of next steps that you could take right now to get started on implementing these areas of opportunity.
